“Have been purchasing this item locally but the price was killing me. Can’t beat the online price and the shipping/delivery was very fast. I take two tablespoons daily to increase my eyes’ natural tear productiong.

First, I make sure the lid is on good and tight and the flip-top snapped shut, then I shake the heck out of it while holding it upside down, then because it is so thick, I unscrew the cap to pour -I DO NOT TRY TO SQUEEZE IT THROUGH THE FLIP-TOP LID – it is just too thick. Better tasting flax oil than other brands I have tried.”
