Reviews Deva Organic Vegan Vitamins Flax Seed Oil, Omega-3, 90 Vcaps (Pack of 2).
“Taking prescription eye drops and OTC drops and gels still left me with scratches on my eyes and little relief. My eye doctor recommended adding flax seed oil supplements in place of fish oil ones, since I’m vegan (and allergic to some fish). Could not find supplements without gelatin anywhere, even vegan-friendly grocery stores.
Thank goodness for Deva. I need the omega-3s, and derive the added benefit of a natural supplement to keep severe eye dryness at bay (and a tear duct procedure). They don’t contain the DHA of fish oil supplements, but vegetarians/vegans can get it from an algae supplement. “
High Quality Inexpensive Veggie Flax Capsules,December 1, 2011 By M. C. Hewins (Spokane, Washington USA)
“This is an awesome product. I hate the taste of flax seed oil, as I imagine does everyone who has taste buds. And all other flax seed oil capsule products are made with gelatin, even at my local natural foods market there are no vegetarian alternatives.
Additionally this is very reasonably priced. Pills are super small and never a bother to swallow. Can feel the benefits within a couple days. Amerifit Nutrition Ovega-3 — 500 mg – 60 Vegetarian Softgels is a great DHA supplement if your looking for a vegetarian DHA complement to this product. “
- Pack of two, 90-count per unit (total of 180 counts)
- Organic, unrefined, cold pressed
- Provide all the benefits of flaxseed oil without having to taste the oil itself
- 100% Vegetarian; gluten free
Good Flax Oil product,February 8, 2009 By S. Carter
“Though I don’t mind the taste of flax oil that much I know some people do. I tried this product and found it very good in terms of masking the taste of flax oil. If you are one of those people who cannot stomach flax oil this is a great product for you. Capsule is vegan so are the rest of the ingredients. Thanks Amazon for carrying it. “
