“This is a really nice ready to eat meal on the go. It has a little bit of everything. You get crackers, salmon, fruit, edemame and some dark chocolate. Everything int the box is really good. Each item is individually wrapped.
All you really need is a drink and you are set. I like to take these with me when I go hiking or go to the park and relax on the hammock. All the stuff doesn’t take much space up in my backpack.
If you get the stuff out of the box then you can fit it better on smaller backpacks. No need for fuel or stove when I go for overnight backpacking trips. I take a couple of these and I am set. The edemame are my favorite. They are almost like peanuts but with an edemame twist. “

“First, it was quickly apparent that this is geared toward health-conscious people. No corn syrup, MSG, or trans-fats (the opposite of Lunchables!). The salmon spread was my greatest fear, but it was actually yummy. Not too fishy, and the lime flavor is subtle and not grossly artificial like it often is in other products.
The texture is typical spread — thick enough to not make a mess at work when applying to the included 6 crackers. Speaking of work, I don’t think the smell is strong enough to offend those around you. Dry roasted edamame is included in a generous portion. I found this tasty and you may even want to keep some to snack on over time. The flavor is pretty neutral and not too salty “

“I have been searching for healthy, quick, pre-packaged gluten-free meals… I was so excited to find these! I tried the salmon meal today and really liked it all – it was SO EASY, and much less expensive than most gluten-free foods!
Since the packaging doesn’t scream “gluten free” (and is more attractive than most store-bought packaged lunches), I plan to purchase some of the more kid-friendly flavors for the gluten-free elementary girl I sponsor. She will actually be able to eat a “fancy” packed lunch with her friends! Now I’m off to order some other flavors… “
