“Sweet,thick,great tasting balsamic. You don’t need to use very much at all to get great flavor. We have used it on salads, Filet Mignon,and of course for bread dipping. It comes in a slightly larger bottle (8.5 oz) than most of the more expensive balsamic vinegars we have purchased. Low acidity. Nicely packaged in a gift box. We will buy this again!
March 14 2012 update…..Just ordered our second bottle of this. First one lasted about 2 1/2 months in our house. I do a lot of cooking and some entertaining, we also eat at home a lot. I was going to try other Balsamic Vinegars Amazon sells, but my husband and myself loved this so much we just couldn’t stand not having another bottle in the house!! “

“I am a professional chef and work on mega yachts all around the world. This is one of the finest authentic Balsamics available. I always have some whether I am in my own kitchen or working in someone elses. It is great with fresh summer tomatoes, over grilled vegetables or just on some rustic bread with olive oil. Expensive yes, but well worth the price. Used sparingly it should last a few months… “

“Not sure how I first found this item but it has become a staple in my pantry ever since. It is great on tomatoes with basal and mozzerela. I also make a great dressing with olive oil, dijon mustard, sugar and shallots. It is so versatile because it has such a wonderful taste. I have tried a lot of other brands, and for the money this is a good deal. “
