I’m not GF and I love this!,September 8, 2012 By PLM
“I don’t have any sort of gluten allergy or intolerance but was looking into GF products just because less gluten seems healthy. Baking has never been my forte so it was a bit scary delving into GF baking, which I know even less about, but this was basically effortless!
I bought a single bag of this Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix at Whole Foods to try and I absolutely loved it and ordered a case on Amazon a few days later.
I made two decent sized pizzas with the first bag and froze the second one (after baking the crust and putting on the toppings but before actually baking the toppings) and they both turned out amazingly. The dough is softer, stays together well, and the crust is lovely and crunchy. I’m a huge fan.”

” Best stuff EVER! Rolls out just like the real stuff... I use a little corn starch to roll it out and then put some corn meal in the bottom of the pan to give it extra crunch. I also bake it without the toppings for about eight minutes. “
Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix Features
- Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix is wheat free, dairy free, whole grain and can be made without eggs.
- Easy to prepare. Just add eggs (or subsitute flaxseed meal), water and olive oil.
- The mix contains a yeast packet and bakes up like a real wheat crust
Bob’s Red Mill gluten free pizza crust mix makes two twelve inch pizza crusts. The product is dairy free and whole grain. Bob’s Red Mill products labeled gluten free are batch tested in our quality control laboratory. I’d say this is one of the best gluten free pizza crust mixes out there!
It’s simple to make & is not too heavy. I like to add some italian seasoning to the dry part of the mix before I combine the wet & dry ingredients for some extra flavor. Even the pizza eaters not on a gluten-free diet like this pizza crust. All in all a good one! And a decent price too!

” This Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix is excellent, convenient, looks like and cooks up like the real thing. All the teenagers in my house love it. The WFGF dough can be hard to work with sometimes but just use water on your hands and smooth the dough onto the pizza pan and you’re good to go. We like to bake the crust for about 8 minutes before we put the sauce and toppings on. Delicious and now we can have pizza again! YAY! )”
