” This is my first Oolong tea purchase and I normally drink flavored black teas with milk, which are very hearty so I wasn’t sure I’d like the Oolong tea, but I really, really do. In fact I have 2-3 a day.
I had lost weight before I started drinking this tea and I can’t say for sure whether this tea is part of the reason I’ve continued to lose a little weight. However, I like it so much that I will continue to drink it as it might be part of the reason. “

“I bought this product mainly to help me lose weight since extensive studies have found that Oolong tea helps in to lose belly fat. You need to drink at least 2 cups a day to do this effectively. I usually have like 1 cup a day – in the mornings with my breakfast. Its good tasting and healthy at the same time. I would recommend it to anybody even if you don’t have to lose weight. “
